No feedback, horrible service!!!

We bought a fridge around March 2020 but only started using the fridge 1 August 2020. The fridge does not get cold. We logged a call last week Tuesday (4 August) and still no feedback. The customer service is pathetic. How does one buy food when your fridge is not working????
