No Delivery of Stock

I bought wall drop, coffee table and tv stand on the 20/11/2024. Wall drop and tv stand were delivered ,and they never delivered my Coffee table. When I went to the Russels (Broad Street,Durban), they were surprised that I had not received my Coffee table and promised to deliver before February 2025.

on the 03/02/2025 I went to ask for my refund because they had failed to honour their promise, and they requested my details to deposit my refund.

on the 28/02/2025 I sent an email to the head office to follow up and till date, there hasnt been any feedback.
