no delivery for a week

i bought 4 items at Russell furniture shop in Durban west street on 02/06/2015 two items was to be delivered to my place in Durban and other 2 items delivered to my home address in PMB which was not done .it took then 24 hours to deliver my staff in Durban but its looks like they taking a decade to deliver the other staff to PMB .2 weeks and my staff is not delivered and the store manager who refused to take my call but kept on blaming the salesman in the background while am holding on the line the salesman has nothing to do with the delivery of goods .first they said PMB warehouse doesn't have a stock on the TV they were suppose to fetch in Durban and that's taking for a week and nobody phoned me to inform of all this nonsense.i had to phone them and wasting my own airtime being transferred from pillar to post you cant tell me you delivering tomorrow and then next day no delivery and no one updates you as to what is happening why the goods didn't not arrive .and yet you thinking the truck was hijacked on the way or some thing but only to find out ,there is no stock
