No delivery

I purchased a bed on the 27th of July 2023 at Russells in Broad Street in Durban, at the time of purchase they promised delivery to be on the 31st of July 2023 . The bed has since not been delivered and it is now the 15th of August 2023. I have been in contact with the store ever since, they keep on making empty promises. The bed is supposed to be delivered at my mother's by the Newcastle branch. Today (15/08/2023) I called and they said they tried to deliver but they didn't have airtime to call and confirm directions.

My mother has been waiting so long for this bed. This is very disappointing.
