Never purchase anything at rusells online.worst service ever.i purchased a couch online at rusells they were supposed to come and deliver 2026/03/24 .the driver called me to come and deliver i waited the whole day no one came.i recieved an sms that they will come today no one came.when I call thier customer service they do not even know when they will come to deliver my order.im never buying anything from Rusells bad bad service.please refund my money so that i can go and buy somewhere
