No after service at Russells Middelburg Mpumalanga

In October of 2024 we bought a Defy fridge from Russells in Middelburg Mpumalanga. In the beginning of January 2025 we discovered that the fridge does not defrost on its own. On the 8th of January 2025 I made contact with the sales representative that helped my with the sale. All she said that I must come in to the shop. I don't have transport so I can't. I then took photos and emailed the Russells group on the 9th of January with full details and photos of the situation regarding the fridge. Today is 14 January 2025, and no one from Russells contacted me regarding the situation. After service are so so bad will never buy from them again.
