no action on complaint

I bought a lounge suite from Joshua door less than a year ago, the lounge suite is tearing and I filled a complaint on the 19th off June, nothing has been done about this complaint, the lounge suite is tearing so bad that it is cutting my boy if he sits on it. I called the customer complaint line numerous times and they just say they will get back to me
