Nightmare for a bed

Yooooh! What a horrible experience, I bought a bed from Russell’s last year a Sealy Romano with credit which I’m still paying by the way the bed was R10 000, I’ve been experiencing severe back pains, I’ve seen a doctor a number of times now I even went for an X-Ray..

The store together with the wholesale aren’t willing to help me.
