Worst customer service ever. Bought furniture last Saturday and the sales lady Ntombi from Russells Krugersdorp was nice. She said we would receive a call from the warehouse to arrange delivery on the same day. Monday they called to arrange for Wednesday delivery, didn't hear anything from them all day Wednesday. Thursday they call and we miss their call once and that was it. We get an SMS stating they are struggling to get hold of us and that we should call back or SMS on the number provided. We gave them two numbers and clearly someone didn't want to do their job as they didn't try the alternative number at all. Called them back and now we are told the complaint will take 3 to 5 days to get a response. How us calling back a complaint first of all, secondly what happened to the initial arrangement to deliver the furniture on Wednesday as per prior arrangement. When they want to sell something to you they will call you a thousand times but when you have paid cash for your furniture then they're told busy to call. Never again
