NEVER SHOP AT RUSSELLS AGAIN

I purchased a couch early March this year from Russells Stanger. They were quick to take my money and had to wait several days to take delivery of the couch. On receipt of the couch I noticed a defect in the fabric which I reported and about 2 weeks later the couch was swopped out (24 March). on delivery of the second couch I noticed that it had the same material defect and notified the branch immediately.

Russells after very poor communication arranged to collect the couch late last week (over 1 month after notifying them of the defect).

I have asked for a refund and of course, the branch manager or anyone staff from Russells couldn't be bothered to contact me regarding the refund.

I will be reporting this via any media channels available until I receive my refund.
