Never collected

Good day<br> <br> We bought goods at this store abd have lodged a complaint about the sofas which are tearing. I received a reference number but no goods collected for repairs. <br> <br> We paid alot of money for those couches and they are still under warranty, less than a year old and have extended warranty. If you people cannot do your job properly and ensure that your customers are happy then feth your sofas and refubd my money. Im sure i can get better quality and service at one of your competitiors.
