Never buy from this store

I am very disappointed with Russells at Quagga Shopping Center (Pretoria West), over the years we have been supporting them buying tv, couches, washing machine and other domestic applications, but after the recent incident we wont be buying anything from them even if they have to put a gun on my head, my wife bought a Samsung microwave on the 03rd of June and just last week Saturday before even a month she bought the microwave it just stopped working so she took the microwave to the store on Saturday (27 of June) and she was turned back to be promised that a Samsung technicians will call her to arrange to come and see what the problem is with the appliance on Monday. Even today no one has called us to arrange not even Russells to find out or to give us feedback, and now we just keeping a microwave that does not work whereas we have paid for the service. I am very disappointed and will never recommend anyone I know to buy from Russells. They don't care about their customers. We are seeking legal action so we can return this microwave since it is not even a month since we bought it.
