Never buy from Russell's they're ****** n never deliver what they advertise

Hello Peter, I bought a bed at Russell's, Umzimkhulu Mall at the end of July 2021, a month later I heard funny noises of the bed when I move around and when I lie on my bed, 2 months later after purchase, I went about 3 times to the store several months, I found a guy n told him about my dissatisfaction for 2 times in those months he **** n said the manager was off n on the third month when I went back he apparently said he was the manager, he didn't recognise me n when he checked on the system he said ohhh I remember you now .... after sending me back without assistance 2 months... on the third month he said he lodged a complaint n they were gonna come take the bed during nov/dec 2021 .... till today no feedback I'm sleeping in a singing bed.... very dissatisfied with my R4000 my hard earned cash
