NEVER BUY AT RUSSELLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE! Ordered an office chair 1 month ago and still no delivery, kept telling us they're getting stock and promised to deliver it this week, now they saying there's no stock and we have to request a refund, which is now a massively difficult process. TERRIBLE SERVICE! NEVER EVER BUY HERE!!!!
