NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM RUSSELLS, YOU WILL GET BROKEN GOODS
I bought a corner lounge suite and was delivered damaged, I had to fight to get it collected again after it stood outside for 2 days, I was then promised I would get my delivery again on the 24th and since then till now there has been no communication from Russells Diepsloot Chuma Mall, call centre just keeps advising they are escalating, the service is the WORST I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS. NO ONE WANTS TO GIVE CONTACT DETAILS FOR A BRANCH MANAGER OR REGIONAL MANAGER.
ITS THE SECOND TIME I GET A DAMAGED ITEM. I WILL NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN

26 Aug 2024, 14:40I just received a message that my complaint has been successfully resolved but my money was taken and no chairs delivered. What type of business is this!!!!! You not allowed to take to a area manager or regional manager as well is what I was told!!!!!!
