Need answers

I did an online application at Russells Furniture, got provincially approved. I was given 7 days to go to a branch near me, so I did. Where I was assisted by Yolanda and the branch manager which assisted me great. My application was done, got approved for credit, took everything I wanted, where Yolanda and the branch manager gave me the best service. I signed all paperwork of my application, with all the furniture I took. two days later I received a call from Yolanda saying head office cancelled by application as they say the amount that was on my bank statement (stated salary) was mine and Yolanda incorrectly did my application. This is not true, Yolanda did everything right according to me. I am the one that app**** for credit and not my husband. This amount stated salary was my husband's salary. Now my question is, my bank statements provided as well as my payslip, shows exactly what my salary is, how can they say that that's my salary??? And how can my application be cancelled, what for?? I was approved so many times for this application only to find out it was cancelled! I DEMAND ANSWERS ASAP
