my leather sofa's are not leather

In September 2012 I purchased a Leather lounge suite from Joshua Doore in phoenix. it cost me 14999. I have had the sofa's since then. but in the last month the \leather"has been pealing. And it was how we realised the lounge suite was actually not leather. when I purchased the lounge suite I even took out the extended warranty. and when I called the store to complain somebody said they will give me a call back. but this never happened. I spent a lot of money on that lounge suite. something needs to be done. """
