missing payments

On the 26 January 2016 I went to Russell's protea clen to settle my accounts for both furniture and loan. Left the shop very happy because I will not enjoy my phone and stop receiving calls from them. to my surprise on the 2 February I started receiving calls from the to say I last paid my account November 2015?ohh my God. I called russels randburg branch and even went to give them proof and I was promised a callbback to say the matter has been solved but nothing happened as I was still receiving call, I then went to russels thabong did the same thing nothing again. Went back to Russell's protea clen last week Thursday and was told it will be fixed and I will get a call nothing till today but still get calls every second from JDF harassing me. Am now sick because of this matter as everyday I get nusty calls. And I was settling those account to get my life in order but my name is still listed because of them.
