Missing Payment
<p>I purchsed a fridge and washing machine on my name for my mother about a year ago. Every single month since then i have been paying a little more than my instalment. So this entire week i have been receivng phone calls from consultants who are so blatantly rude asking me when I'm going to make payment for October, i keep telling them payment has been made on time. 1 of the consultants tells me i need to take off work and take my receipt to the branch where i made payment,when i told her i cannot do that she asked me to email it, which i did. I called to find out if they received the proof that i sent through, by this time i was speaking to the manager, she tells me that my account is in arrears, i explain to her she is speaking utter *******, she goes on to tell me, well if she's speaking ******* then she won't assist me and puts the phone down in my. I ask these people why theu are phoning me everyday for something that is not my problem. I am told it's not their problem either and they will continue calling me until payment is reflecting. </p>
