Missed one payment and sent to attornies

I am so shocked with the treatment i have received from Joshua doore,I have been their client since last year March, have two accounts and since i have never missed a payment , January i lost my mum and due to financial constraints i could not make payments,i called them to make arrangements and also took the initiative to go to their store to make sure arrangements was made,They even had about 2 or 3 consultants call me to make the arrangements which we all confirmed .On Monday i then received a call from 010-140 -1600 and the rude gentle<br> man from J J Harmse and associates called in to tell me this is no longer with Joshua Doore but with the lawyers,my question is what then was the use of the arrangements i made if i was going to have my name tarnished like this , this has had a negative impact on my i.t.c and i really never expected this from a company i have been loyal to.Only one month really is this how you treat your customers and expect to have repeat customers after that . I really need an explanation to why i am being taken to external lawyers when i had agreed to make my payments ,its not like i am not employed that i cant even pay.I need answers please.
