Miss

On April I went to Russells in verulam to open credit account for furniture. Aftr paying deposit of 1600 the furniture was delivered in 3 working days which was fine with me. When they delivered the furniture the wardrobe the key was not working not able to open the long wardrobe door I went to Russells in 7 days to report I was told someone will come and open the door and I will get a new key. I then waited for like 3 weeks nobody came had to call the head office I was told they will logg a complaint and send me reference number waited a week for reference number and I also had to send someone to go and ask on my behalf they then sent the reference number after I have sent someone still even now nobody has came I can't use the wardrobe I have paid deposit and also my first installment but nobody is willing to assist me
