Misleading product advertised, terrible quality and condition of product delivered

<p>i have ordered and paid for the 4 piece Milan bedroom suite, and it was delivered to my new house on arrival at my new house i found that the chest of drawers was not delivered with the set and had to log a request which took 3 more days before it was delivered,upon opening the bedside "drawers" i found it was misleading and not drawers but a cupboard on each side same with the chair also misleading with the drawer look but meanwhile it is only a cupboard. very misleading and disappointing,<br /> i then only called my brother over today to start assemble the entire set for me........i cannot express my utter disgust and disbelieve and disappointment in the product and quality, and for the amount i paid it is utterly unacceptable, firstly the handles which the factory inserted inside out damaged the inside of all the drawers and doors of the set so much so that the "wood" is chipping of around the wholes they made for the *****s, secondly the *****s and holes does not Aline with the handles which is causing the handles to be *****s and misfitted, the straps on the packaging damaged the chest of drawers and caused a bad deep scratch on the paint the paint on some of the drawers on the print is faded and even look washed/scrubbed off, the mirror does not fit well in the frame and is not worked of with a even edge on the dresser, i can see te back board behind the mirror ....., my money does not have faults and i would like a complete refund of my money and collection of this set at your own cost.</p>
