Mislead by Russells

So last week on the 5th of April I app**** for credit with Russells furniture store online and it was approved for R15 000 i then had to go in to a store with all my documents which i have done they then also approved me for 15000 this was now their Randburg branch .They advised me that there is a deposit of 1331 payable however they will call me once the order has been released to come pay the deposit .So off i went and a few day later i still don't hear from them so i call and they don't answer and i also email but still nothing so then i call their client care division and they at first couldn't find anything then i told them i dealt with frank they apparently then found my application and said that the deposit is pending .So then i go into the store ready to pay the deposit only to be told by the store that the application has been declined this i was told with such attitude after telling them how i'm not happy with their service so my concern how do you go from being approved not even Pre approved but approved to being declined.I find all of this rather misleading and i'm not going to accept it as i even have an email stating i have been approved .This is by far thee most disgusting service i have ever experienced .They wasted my time and because i was approved i sold the furniture i needed to replace .Russells better step up and fix this
