Microwave not working

I have a problem with the defy 30L microwave I bought on 25th of June and it was then delivered on the 1st of July while I was told that it will be delivered on the 26 of June cancelled all my plans that just to wait for the microwave no microwave showed up…so this morning I called in to lay a complaint regarding the microwave I got that the light is no longer working so I was told to take the microwave to the store for more for something that I bought cash my kids should now eat cold food and cold cereals before they go to every morning I’m honestly disappointed in your service one lady even hanged up the phone on me while we were still talking
