Lost trust in the customers service and delivery

<div>Hi... i bought furniture at russells store in cape for eastern cape ... when i got to eastern cape no delivery from russells and no one called me to say when is it goin to be delivered.. i feel i was ****** as i paid it fully ..and ive been sleeping on the cement for the past four days... no furniture..i ve lost trust in russells stores...and management I dont see my self and any of my family members buying stuff at their store ever again and i will pass this around to other potential buyers</div>
