LIEING OF PAYING BACK LAST PAYMENT IF YOU BUY ON C

My mother bought a new bed on Credit again after her last payment was for the end of May.Credit managers Sherene called Sherwin (Store Manager) while we where sitting in her office if we could still get our last premium back on the old credit that we have had with them.Sherwin then informed Sherene that we can still get it back and that the promotion is running until the 7 June 2015.<br> Sheren then informed my mother Mrs C Kannemeyer that she will let her know in he week when she can come and collect the last payment which have already been deducted the day before.<br> <br> 17 days have passed and still no answer after several follow ups visits and phone call to the branch.<br> <br> We are very unhappy with the way we are been treated this is the first in 2 years that we have been clients with Joshua Doore.<br> <br> We will takes this matter further.<br> <br>
