Leather sofas damaged less than a year

I'm really angry as every month I pay an installment of R1620 for the **** leather lounge suite I bought from Russell's. After several complaints of this I still get nowhere. The lounge suite is cracking but you guys promised me this was leather lounge suite otherwise I wasn't going to buy it. Now I'm sitting on the floor as your guys have come and picked them as you say you want to valuate them. I'm paying and have never missed a pay so I don't want that **** lounge suite you sold me.
