laybye refund
I made a layby at Russells and i had to cancelled it, i received the email for the cancellation but when i follow up i ma told the refund will take 7-14 days to reflect on my account. How is that possible?

29 Nov 2023, 11:08Funny part is when you saying they must change the layby to another item, they are processing the funds with an hour but paying a customer the money back its days. How is that possible? Your service is bad and unprofessional.
