Laybye money not refunded after 3 months

<p>I laybyed couches and a fridge at Joshua doore over a twelve month period (supposed to end in October 2016). Four months into the laybye I received an SMS saying I will get R2000 discount if I finished paying by May 2016. I paid bigger installments to get this discount but once I was done paying I was told that those couches aren't available anymore. I requested to get my money back but at this stage Joshua doore was now changing to Bradlows. I have been going to the shop continuously but no progress has been made - MY money that I had to pay off for GOODS THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE had to be paid quickly and was paid as soon as I swiped my card - is still not paid back to me and it has already been 3 months! I'm fed up of waiting for my own money! Poor service is an understatement.</p>
