Layby Refund

<p>I made layby last year and paid today of R800, but Unfortunately i found what i was looking for and dont wish to buy anything else with my money from you anymore so i would want my money back.</p> <p>I lost my slips and made avidavide to show that i lost them n i submitted them to russells. They told me the money will be in after few days. I submitted my documents on the 26-05-2017 and now its 19-06-2017. How long does it take to refund R800? A year?</p> <p>I want my money back. Its my money and I want it back. I was never happy with the service from russells at all</p>
