Lay bye

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>On 27/01/2016 I put a bed on a 12 month laybye for R6499 with this offer I was getting a free sandy queen headboard worth R999. The staff at joshua doore phoenix plaza advised me that joshua doore and russels will be re branded to morkels and the headboard will not be available when I take it out in december which is when im getting married. They also informed me there are two headboards in pinetown but in order to get it I need to take out the lay bye now to secure it. I feel this is unfair because I planned to pay for it in 12 months because of my wedding I cannot afford to pay the remainder now.</p> <p>I put the lay bye so the headboard supposed to be kept for me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I also have recording of the whole conversation which I can email on request</p>
