lay bye

I went to Joshua Doore to make a lay bye the lady who was helping me was Zanele and it was on the 6 of April 2015 and paid to her an of R1000.00 as my first payment. I then went back to the store to make another payment and I was assisted by her (Zanele) the date was the 13 June 2015 and she gave me a receipt. the last payment that I was going to make was going to be at the beginning of November but I received a call and when I answered it was the lady who was helping me with the lay bye telling me that she used the money that I paid for my lay bye is going to pay it back and I was so surprised by this and I went to the stores on the Tuesday of the following week which was the 3 of November and I was informed that she has been dismissed from work due to reports from various people on the lay byes they did with her and the fact that she has been *****ing that money and not making any lay byes on the system. I was told that a file has been opened for people who's moneys were taken by Joshua Doore's employees and that I was not the only one. Thursday I went there to meet up with the manager of the store and she told me that Zanele is the one who took my money not Joshua Doore.
