Unresolved Layby Refund Issue Fochville Russells

I made a layby of an iPhone at Russells Fochville in May/June. I cancelled the layby on July 28 and was told to expect a refund within 14 working days. It's now been over a month, and despite visiting the store multiple times, I'm always told the manager isn't available or he is on a 5 days off. No solution or update on my refund has been provided. I'm disappointed with the lack of communication and resolution on this issue. It's been too long waiting!
