Late delivery plus bad customer service from head

Good day,

RUSSELLS STORE: WITBANK R221

ACCOUNT NUMBER: ***

After already receiving really bad service from the Sales Lady (forgot to put our application through) the Manager assisted us.
When the goods eventualy arrived, the television had no cables, only the remote and the instruction manual. I contacted the Manager and she said she will phone me as soon as she finds it and we can come and collect it. The TV license was also not with the goods we received.

She didn't phone us that day, and we went there the next day. She still didn't have it because they did not have any electricity from 13h00, and its too dark in the storeroom to look for it and too dangerous. But she had time from the previous day to look for it!

She said we could wait around to see if the power comes back on or she will phone us as soon as they found it then we can go and get it from the store. I also told the manager that the Samsung S3 mini we wanted wasn't on the contract. She had her own excuse blaming us, but not once she offered to do something so that we can add it to our purchase.

Why are we paying R700 delivery if we have to spend money driving up and down and phoning the store the whole time for assistance, while all the staff are sitting right in the front of the store on the lounge suites eating KFC.

Just now someone phoned to speak to my husband because he is the account holder. A assume its from Head Office to find out if he is happy with his purchase or whatever. I explained to the lady that he is working nightshift but can I assist because we have a complaint. It ended in a screaming match between us because she will not speak to me and if I have a complaint I must go back to the store. She wouldn't even listen to my problem. And how can we waste just more fuel on driving up and down? Will Russells ugive us petrol money?

Bottomline: we still can't use our TV which we received on the 25th of February and although I had to sign the contract giving my husband approval to go ahead with the purchase, I am not allowed to lay a complaint. Hopefully all your calls are recorded.
