Late delivery and can't refund my money

Honestly the worst services ever that I've come across.. I order a lounge set and table set from the store paid in the full amount waited 4 days for the delivery and then they brought damaged goods!!! Then they want to take the whole delivery back when only the table was damaged and faulty.. Imagine a chair with the front legs long and back legs short... After numerous calls they decide to take the table back n leave the sofa and bring the new table the next day.. Sooo next day comes and again a damaged table called the warehouse and store they promised to send a new undamaged table by end of the day.. Even the driver said he will come by today, hours passed and after a number of calls they promise to bring in the afternoon, I waited and wait but nope the driver puts his phone off and store manager can't help he words were the driver is going home the can't deliver it.. After being upset I requested a refund... They don't seem to understand that term as I want my money back as a didn't not get the product I wanted, manager says eish.. Ok... I'm sorry when I asked will I get my money the next morning as it's been almost 5 days I didn't get my items which was promise to me and already 2 days behind, he goes quiet lol.. As a customer it's frustrating and I won't recommend that retail furniture store to anyone in the future.. The store to the warehouse to customers care all just seem to shift the blame to the next person.. Shame growing up I used to think russels furniture store was the best being excited to go there but now it's a waste no wonder all the branches are closing.. Now I shall wait till I get a response from them which might take forever.. Russells furniture stores u playing games. I had already made space for my new furniture and now have a empty house.. Bad service from Russell durban verulam branch and the courier company.. Even tried called the delivery service driver to see how far they are the response I got was shocking... Never again I repeat NEVER WILL I SHOP OR RECOMMEND RUSSELS FURNITURE STORES TO ANYONE IN THE FUTURE.. Imagine the bad reputation that the stores have or gonna have....
