Late Delivery

I bought a fridge and a tv stand at russels verulam on Tuesday (19.12.2017) till today (24.12.2017) there’s no delivery of which I also bought a stove at OK Funiture in verulam on Friday (22.12.2017) and they delivered on Saturday (23.12.2017). Russels management promised delivery before Christmas Day and I clearly said I need the fridge before Christmas. I’m very irate and even considering canceling the whole thing ?
