Lack of information

Good afternoon

I have problem with Russels,I received sms to notify that I must make payment at Fnb,I was given account number as Russels is closed because of lock down. I went to FNB and only to find out that the Account Holder's name is not Russels,I have not paid last month because of I was not given the Account holder's name. Can you please send me the full banking details: Thank you
