just want an invoice and how i can pay

I have been under debt review and cancelled, I want to pay directly at the store but is told to go via my debt Councillors, do you want payment or not stop giving me the run around and assist with help here, and if a person dont pay you get threaten messages and interest on your accounts, I just want to pay
