Just a year old bed, springs coming out

How is it possible that i bought a R5000 bed a year ago and now there are springs popping out????? This bed its so uncomfortable, and when I turn or climb the bed there's funny sounds coming out, please I really need an explanation as I'm still paying for this bed and have never missed a payment.
