JOZI 3PCE LOUNGE - springs coming out & torn

I would like to bring to the attention that I think the JOZI 3PCE LOUNGE SUITE, BLACK is a problem lounge suite & should maybe be taken off the floor.<br> <br> I have seen another unhappy customer whom also purchased this lounge suite in Nov 2014/Dec 2014 cash & the lounge suite has the same problem I have with my lounge suite, torn & springs coming out!<br> <br> I have lodged this with Customer care, so hopefully this is taken care of, with urgency<br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
