Joshuar Droor and false ardvertising

Good afternoon February 2015 I went to Joshua Door Johannesburg commissioner ,I bought a Slamber land bed after 2 days it was delivered only to find they sent me a Restonic ,I took back the bed because it was not what I bought than I was told they are using Slamberland cushions and decoration on Restonic bed off which it a false advertising but than they are apologized and convinced me about restonic it also good after 3 months ,I phone Joshua door because the bed was not in a good condition ,I told them that I dont need this bed ,I want the bed with form now that it faulty ,I want another bed at least Seally because it not what I bought in the first place .I was told to call the warehouse off which I did than the ware house said I should go to the shop and tell them ,I went to the shop the manager was very rude making Examples by EDGARS and underwear's and told me there is nothing they can do unfortunately.SO RIGHT NOW i am stacked with a faulty bed,I reported in June they never even send an inspector ,I made it clear that I don't want the bed .I am told there is nothing they can do but my R4500 it gone
