Joshua doore is too ignorance when you have a prob

I never thought that joshua doore will be so ********. After convincing me not to buy at bradlows they are now acting as is I'm a stranger in their shop. This is Unacceptable Bradley lounge suite is not their brand but they went and gave me a default lounge suit the 2nd ref JO-MO ***5-63 has been hanging with them for a very long<br> time and now customer resolution gave me the 3rd ref *** still there is nothing Happening. If I don't call them to ask about my complaint they don't bother to call me. I have lost a lot of money calling them and as a customer I'm very very disappointed. Once you buy in Joshua doore you are no longer an existing person to them and any default on goods they don't solve but they will go after your money. They are taking money for instalments and extended warranty after that I spend lot of money calling them everyday.
