Joshau Doore stuggle to replace a mattrass

I purchased a restonic mattrass and base from Joshau Doore Standerton 2013. Ive reported to Hannetjie 2014 that the top mattress seem like the coils are broken. After a few months they replaced the base. It has been 8 month now with numeric phone calls no mattrass. My wife phoned Hannetjie to phone and she said to phonethe outsource company as Hannetjie is just the go between. And the Outsource company is responsible. My wife phoned the company spoke to Yongi which rep**** that they have phone 12 Marc but have nothing on my phone that they phoned. But that she will find out what going on and phone her back today. My wife gave her my number as well as hers but no feedback. We have been patient for months with no results.
