jodi 3 piece lopsided russels

I've purchased the jodi 3 piece online and i get a single seater lop sided ,called in they sent a replacement which was worse ,now I have to make numerous calls to all different departments and no one knows who will make a final decision with regard to my matter ,all I hear is that its escalated or they busy with black friday.Guys its not just theirs products but their customer service to that has gone down the drain
