JDG poor quality and delay in response time

I bought a 5 piece dinette suite in September last year - not long after, I spotted a default on 2 of the chairs - Russells only got back to me in January this year to replace the chairs - they have been to my place twice with the chairs - and each time the chairs are more wobbly than the previous time. This is unacceptable - the poor quality and lack of response to my concerns as this was a cash sale I really expected better service.
