ITC

I have battled with paying back this company and 2 months ago i paid their amount in full.<br> <br> My account was now with MBD incorporated and they've sent me a letter confirming that i have settled the account.<br> I had then sent a letter to Joshua Doore quiries department and I was told that my ITC profile will be updated in between 1 to 20 working days.<br> Days have passed and on my ITC it still shows that I'm still owing Joshua Doore and im on Default stage.<br> <br> What am i supposed to do?
