It benn 3 months waiting for an exchange.

I bought a bedroom suite on the 25/03/2015. it was damage the door is not opening properly and it have a scratch. I reported the matter to Mphilisi the sales person the day i received the bedroom suite that it was damaged. it been three months waiting for an exchange .I am fustrated with the service of Joshua Door, poor service. i need to resolve this matter .
