Insurance claim is sending me from pillar to post

I am currently having the worst experience. Very ***********. I filed a claim in February and submitted everything they needed. Now they are playing run around when they have to pay out the claim. I have never failed to pay them not a single month. I want to close the account and settle it, however, because they haven't paid out the claim I am stuck with in competent company. I opened my account at Cala branch. My name is Nasiphi Kolosa and I would not recommend people to waste their money on their insurance.
