Inhumanly unpropheshional...unreliable....too shady

<p>we were charged a delivery fee without our consent, upon enquiry- informed that upon settlement of the account we will be fully refunded. Account gets settled 2 weeks ago, and upon requesting the refund we are told to wait a week, upon enquiry after a week we are sent back and forth- as now they should have authorisation to release the funds and its been 2 weeks already and still waiting.</p>
