Infested beds from Russells

Good day. On the 24th of December I urgently bought 2 single beds in cash at Russels Liberty Promenade mall.

The urgency came as the current beds broke and even got a driver to pick it up at the storage facility the same day. So yesterday when we spring cleaned we noticed the the bed are infested with bed bugs,a shoked and unfami**** scene to use,the beds are in the same room to too our surprise both is infested. It's not even 4 months and we are sitting with this ****. We contacted the branch earlier in the day and spoke to Achmat.he said he's getting back to me but sounded as aan.Not returning the call i ask my wife to phone where he was unreachable.later she had to phone again and he said that he can't help us. With this being said my kids have to sleep on the floor now and not knowing what to do. They already have the money now they say they can't help us,not evens 4 months ,it make me think that this is a thing that comes on long. Knowingly that all the other beds in the house is clean and we had them for several years.its sad knowing that once they have your money the block you out,but seem so desperate for the sale. I won't recommend any one from buying from then,your service suck. I wonder if it would have been a different response if it was bought on credit. They even not interested of the videos and pictures when asked if I should send it to him. Now I have 2 disappointed kids with no solution
